How can you create a pig’s pen with all of the stench that comes with it, and then walk away smelling like a rose? Lane Kiffin has to be a genius at selling himself or he is the luckiest football coach that ever lived.

What in the world was USC thinking when they hired him for the vacancy that Pete left, by signing with the Seahawks. Loose canon Lane has started more controversy in such a short tenure as a coach both in the pro and college ranks than any other coach in modern history.

Going to USC only adds to the controversy since they have pending NCAA violations left by Pete Carrol. Lane Kiffin is no stranger to this since he has been in college coaching for only a year, with only for 7 and 6 record with the Vols.

I wish USC all the luck, they will be needing it. What do you think? MAKE THE CALL

Bama can thank their lucky stars for Colt getting hurt on the 5th play of the game. Had Colt McCoy stayed in the game, those first 2 mistakes Bama made, would have been lights out for the Tide. Texas would have rolled them out of the Rose Bowl.
Gilbert, having been thrown into the game was lost for a while and one can understand that. A true Freshman in the biggest game of the year, no experience, very little playing time, except for a couple of mop up jobs, he was in over his head. He did however show  flashes of brilliance, but the 4 interceptions killed him. Better luck next year.

What a game. Two gladiators dueling it out for supremacy. Laflour and Brown. This in my opinion has been the bowl game of the season thus far. There were no losers in this game, just one team out dueling the other. I MADE THE CALL!

Tides or Hook em? Both teams are stacked with talent, but the edge goes to Texas because of experience. They have been there a few times recently, and has the better quarter back by far. I MAKE THE CALL, Texas 38, Alabama 31.

Happy new year to all of my fanatic sport fans. It is our time of year again when we have it all, especially today, when we have hockey at Fenway Park, football in many stadiums, college basketball all over the place and the NBA players are finally seeing the light. Sport fans, this is a new year and I-Make-The-Call.

Coach Leach was not given the benefit of the doubt. He was found guilty of being sadistic without a full investigation of the supposed facts. I am not saying that he is not guilty, I-Make-The-Call – he was not given complete due process.
